Description
Pas De Nom loosely translated means "no name" in the spirit of refined simplicity and nuance. Each year this small production wine sourced from multiple vineyards across multiple AVAs aims to represent the unique quality of a specific vintage here in the Willamette Valley. Barrel selected to create a blend with structure, elegance, volume, fruit, and intensity.
Hints of honeysuckle, melon, and candied apple mix with exotic spice and warm pear. A mixture of crème brûlée and lemon zest provide a fullness to the mid-palate followed by a fresh and lengthy finish.
