Pas De Nom loosely translated means "no name" in the spirit of refined simplicity and nuance. Each year this small production wine sourced from premier vineyards across multiple AVAs aims to represent the unique quality of a specific vintage here in the Willamette Valley. Barrel selected to create a blend with structure, elegance, volume, fruit, and intensity.

Spiced red fruits, plum, and pipe tobacco mix with blue fruits and floral notes to create a fresh and exotic nose. Creamy raspberry mixed with delicate oak provide a fresh intensity to the palate which gives way to a lengthy and dense finish.
