The Hyland Vineyard is one of Oregon’s largest and oldest vineyards. The vines here grow in the foothills of the Coast Range, where they benefit from cooler summer temps. The wine’s nose opens with orange blossom, warm pear and ruby red grapefruit aromas. Balanced acidity and texture accompany notes of white peach, pomelo, apple and baked lemon tart on palate. This wine would pair well with Chinese takeout!
